ABOUT HCMC OPEN UNIVERSITY

Ho Chi Minh City Open University, an on-campus and distance learning higher education institution, was founded on July 26th, 1993. The University offers multi-disciplined courses from business; economics; information technology to biotechnology at bachelor's level and postgraduate levels including masters and PhD degrees. ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS RESEARCH GROUP (BERG)

The Business and Economics Research Group aims to achieve international excellence in research and publication. BERG's missions are: (i) to enhance and strengthen research expertise for staff and research students by defining selected areas of research which are unique to the University; (ii) to conduct joint research with senior academics from universities around the World; and (iii) to organise highly regarded international conferences from which papers are selected for publications in high ranked international journals.
